ASANA WITH ANNIE - TERMS OF SERVICE. Asana with Annie loves guiding clients through yoga and empowering you in your wellness + fitness journey! Below are Asana with Annie’s terms of service when serving clients. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

SERVICES | Asana with Annie provides yoga, fitness, wellness coaching, and healthy living services to empower you in your fitness + wellness journey. My team and I are not physicians, so all cues into poses + variations of poses, wellness coaching, healthy living tips, and product recommendations are suggestions based on the information you provide and also backed by industry research. You know your body best, so you are welcome to opt out or choose a different variation of a pose, adapt your health practices, and decide which healthy living products are best for you.

CLIENT FORM + LIABILITY | All clients are required to review, complete, and/or sign a new client form + liability waiver in advance of services to ensure the safety, health + satisfaction of all parties.

PAYMENT POLICY | Payment is collected via SquareSpace or Venmo in advance of services (or otherwise noted in your invoice). All other forms of payment are currently not accepted, unless technical constraints exist. Pricing for services may vary based on length of session, number of participants, and location of session.

CANCELLATION POLICY | Asana with Annie values your business and understands unexpected events may occur. Note, Asana with Annie kindly requests a 12-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a fee. A late appointment (10 minutes after appointment start time) or no show is non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY | Payments are non-refundable outside of the cancellation/reschedule window.

CLASS PACKAGE | Class package purchases are non-refundable, expire within 1 year of first visit, and can be shared within a household or designated relationship.

PARTNERS + DISCOUNTS | Asana with Annie partners include select women-owned businesses, local businesses, and well-known brands. Asana with Annie may receive a discount or compensation for products if you choose to buy via links shared on Asana with Annie platforms. Note, Asana with Annie strives to remain objective and has used every service or product shared.
